How quickly do I get a price?
Within seconds (usually under 15). The calculator queries the carriers directly and returns live prices for your route, dimensions and date — no sign-up, no e-mail required.
Who actually transports my luggage?
Established parcel carriers such as DPD, GLS or FedEx. A courier collects the luggage at your address and delivers it to the recipient's address or to our storage.
Why do I have to enter a postcode?
Carrier prices differ by the exact collection and delivery postcode. Without it, an accurate price can't be calculated.
Can I send several pieces at once?
Yes — any number of pieces in one order, each with its own dimensions and weight. The price is calculated for the whole shipment (and is usually not a simple multiple of a single piece).
How should I prepare my luggage?
Pack your luggage into a sturdy cardboard box (if you don't have one, we'll send it to you), remove or tape down straps and name tags, and attach the printed label from the confirmation e-mail. See the How it works page for a detailed guide.
