Hard-shell and soft, from cabin size to large suitcases over 30 kg — packed in a box for transport.
Boxes
Sturdy, well-taped cardboard boxes — practical when moving part of your belongings. Don't have your own box? We'll arrange one — see below.
Sports equipment
Skis, snowboards or golf bags on request — drop us a line and we'll advise on packing and the right service.
Don't have a suitable box?
Carriers require a sturdy cardboard box — a suitcase or bag on its own is not enough. In the calculator, you tick whether you already have a box for each item. If not, we'll mail you one together with packing tape in advance — abroad, through a vetted local partner. The cost is included in your total price, nothing is billed separately. Because the box needs to arrive first, the earliest possible collection date moves out by a few days — you'll see the exact date right in the calculator.
How to measure your luggage
- ALongest side including wheels and extended handle → “Length” in the calculator
- BWidth of the front → “Width”
- CDepth including bulges and pockets → “Height”
If we supply the box, enter your suitcase's dimensions — we pick the right box for you. To weigh it, step on the scales with and without the suitcase and subtract.
Size and weight limits
Limits are set by the carriers, not by us — after you enter the dimensions, the calculator only shows services that accept your piece. Declared weight and dimensions are verified during transport: surcharges for exceeding them are billed to the sender, so measure and weigh accurately.
What must stay out
Under the carriers' terms, you must not ship in particular:
- flammables, explosives, compressed gases and other dangerous goods (including aerosols and fireworks)
- loose lithium batteries and power banks
- weapons, ammunition and their replicas
- cash, valuables, jewellery, precious metals and personal documents
- alcohol and tobacco products without the required permits
- perishable food and goods requiring temperature control
- live animals and plants
- medicines and narcotics
- fragile items without adequate packaging (glass, porcelain, electronics without padding)

Additional insurance
The carrier's basic liability is limited. In the calculator you can insure your shipment for its actual value — the insurance price is shown immediately.
