Collecting your luggage
- Just give us your order number (LS-…) — you'll find it in the confirmation e-mail. Staff may ask to see an ID.
- Someone else can collect for you: e-mail us beforehand with the name of the person picking up.
- Storage is charged per item for each started day; you can also pay the storage fee in cash on site.
- We keep luggage for up to 60 days — if you need longer, get in touch.
- You can also ship your luggage from here: bring it in, we pack it into a box and the courier takes it the next business day (calculator: “From → I'll drop it at your storage”).
How storage works

Choose "to storage" in the calculator
Instead of a recipient address you pick our storage and the number of days. The storage fee is added to the shipping price — you see everything upfront.

Your luggage arrives
As soon as we receive it, we'll e-mail you. It's kept in the secured storeroom of our staffed storage.

Pick it up whenever it suits you
Just come with your order number. Storage is charged per piece for every started day.

The category is determined automatically from dimensions and weight. The delivery day counts as the first storage day.
Maximum storage: 60 days.
